No level, badge or point changes what an employer sees
It does not make a record more verified, it does not move you up anyone's list, and it is not shown on your public profile unless you turn on the one line at level 6. Verification is a company answering a question about you — nothing on this page can substitute for that, and if it ever looks like it can, this feature is doing harm.

Challenges are counted against one person, so there is nothing to list without knowing who that is. Everything here that is the same for everybody — the rule above, the ladder and the leaderboard — is readable without one.
